Tom and Jessica were my agents for both the selling of my longtime house and the purchase of a condo. They were both very professional in all facets, of the process. Their expertise in helping to determine a marketing plan, asking price strategy, staging, and quality photography were key to a very good result. I had over 12 showings and 3 offers, all above asking price--all in 24 hours. Tom offered sound advise during our review of the multiple offers, and solidified the acceptance of the offer. In similar fashion, Tom's help in the condo buying process was equal with quick results. He secured an appointment, within 2 hours of a new condo listing, helped me with the tour of the property and was instrumental in the structure of my offer. I am in my sixties and Tom Squier is the best realtor I have ever worked with. I was selling a home as part of a relative's estate. The home was built in the 1950s and the decor was dated for today's market. Tom was referred to me by a relative. Tom came in with ideas to update the interior for today's buyers. One of his suggestions was to remove the carpet in the living room, hallway and bedroom exposing hardwood floors in very good condition. Not only did Tom make the suggestion, he even offered to help remove the carpet. Tom's ideas contributed to a quick sale to a young couple. Many members of my family have used Tom's and Jessica's realtor services. They are sincere, hard-working, fun individuals and I will use them for any future realtor services that I need. I am glad to recommend them whether you are buying or selling a home.

Tom and Jess have helped us on several sales/purchases. I'm sure you have heard a lot of people in sales world talk about going the extra mile but Tom and Jess wrote the book on making it happen and doing everything possible to earn your business. When ever someone asks me if I have a realtor , I can't say enough great things about Tom and Jess and fabulous job they have done for my family.
