We bought our first home in 2017 with Todd and his team, and it was an easy choice to use the team again for our second home purchase in 2023! Todd, Nicole & Nick were incredibly responsive, patient, caring, and knowledgeable towards any questions, thoughts, concerns, what ifs, and inquiries we had- to include a wild housing market these last few years! They are so friendly! They are incredibly reputable, can navigate all situations presented to them such as if you have a house to sell, if you dont, home equity, VA loans, job changes, military duty, school changes, abnormal work schedules, life changes, you name it- they can handle it and with such dedication, passion and ease. We werent expecting to jump on an opportunity to buy a second home as quick as we did, but Todd and his team made us see the opportunity we had and how to execute it quickly and proficiently to find a home to grow our family in happily! After comparing 4-5 different mortgage lenders (including a few big banks), we ended up choosing to work with Todd Simon and Nick Clendenning and were so very glad we did! As first-time homebuyers, the process expectedly from start to fnish can be intimidating, stressful at times, and somewhat of an adrenaline rush. Thankfully, Todd and Nick were closely there with us every single step of the way. Apart from a great rate, their communication was concise, friendly and open, frequent, and personal. I think what I appreciated the most, was the initial 60+ minute call Todd had with me when I first reached out for a rate and he took time to explain every single option, consideration, and opportunity that comes with a home mortgage...this was tremendously helpful!
