My wife and I wanted Dueling Pianos as entertainment for our wedding reception. After consulting with Ted, we decided on Ted and his team and I am glad we did! Everything went smoothly and we (and our guests) loved TOP Dueling Pianos! Our guests were singing, dancing, clapping and thoroughly enjoying the evening. Ted even sang a song especially for my grandmother before his show. I'd get married again to have a night like this again.

I have hired Ted and Kathy for a handful of corporate events, they have always been easy to work with. The guests love the upbeat environment they bring and how interactive their show is!!! I have always enjoyed working with these two, would highly recommend.

Booking was prompt and smooth, based on that I imagined our event (wedding reception) would go well. The day of the event he was supposed to arrive around 1:00pm to set up and do a sound check; wasn't until I called him at 2:40pm that he said he was going to be late...would arrive after 3:00pm (our guests were set to arrive at 4:00pm). Poor communication and unnecessary stress. He seemed very distracted throughout the night and kept leaving the piano (not sure where he went). Was difficult to coordinate with for timing of the nights events (i.e. first dance, newlyweds game). Many guests moved outside when pianos started playing, saying they were too loud. The other piano player he brought with him fell to the floor at least 4 times near the end of the night...from drinking? At the end of the night when he was packing up, he said to those around him (mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and groom) that he was not leaving until he was paid....he was paid his second and final installment a month prior to the event. After the event I called my bank to ensure the check cleared, and it had in fact been cleared promptly after it was delivered to his address. Don't book Ted Oliver Productions if you have high expectations for your event. I was embarrassed. Would love a refund.
