I have disability and had appointment they rejected providing service and told me I don't have the necessary document even though last year I had the exact same document and it was all they needed it and this time also they asked for the same document but when I got to their office they said they couldn't provide service because my document is not complete. They are disrepectful and very rude and discriminative. They don't even respect a person with disability and treat very disrespectfully.

Don't trust the front desk when she checks your document because she may make you wait for hours and then tells you they couldn't provide services. When they made mistake instead of appologizing they kicked us out and they were very disrespectful and rude. They only provide good services to their favorite cleints and if you are from certain nationality or race they treat you differently.
