I was involved in an auto accident and I knew I needed to contact an attorney. I had called a couple of law firms to do my homework and the pressure from some of them was seriously unbelievable!
When I had called Murphy & Prachthauser and talked to Kate, I knew I didnt have to look any further. She took so much time to let me talk, answered so many questions, and immediately made me feel at ease with just one phone conversation.
During the entire process from beginning to end, she returned calls, emails, and provided constant updates. Even if I had random questions, she would answer them and put my mind at ease. In addition, her entire team handled emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
Kate is the definition of an outstanding professional that takes each case seriously. An attorney that actually cares about her client, that works hard for them, that will take the time to put your mind at ease and makes sure youre understanding the process. She made me feel like I was important even though I can imagine that she had other cases much bigger than mine to work on. She never made me feel rushed and made me feel like my case was important every time we talked.
