My Daisy was very difficult at having her nails cut and Charmaine was patient with her. This was my first time trying to help with this She had another worker with her that stopped trimming another dog and came over to help.,. I was very happy with the service and will take Daisy back to see them again.

I walked past this ladys window one day going to another business and she was swinging a little shitzu like dog by the neck harness they use to cut the dogs hair and she was slapping the dog. I opened the door and said whats the matter with you!! Thats a helpless animal!! And her response was it nipped. You have no idea how hard this job is I called the police on her. The police came. And they said that unfortunately animals do not have rights. She was talked to I sat there and waited for the owner but she obviously called the owner and asked for more time because 3 people came to drop their dog off and the one owner didnt come to pick her dog up. I told the 3 drop offs what happened and two of the three left. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! If your dog acts scared going there, there is a reason! Not just cause they dont want their hair groomed theyve likely gone through similar treatment
