Toppers Pizza

Toppers waukesha north went down for an unknown reason they would not tell me. So I took my buisness to this toppers. Saturday night and the managers had an associate from a different store running this toppers all alone (shame on them for not being there helping). This one associate is the only reason that I am giving this store 5 stars. I did not catch her name sadly but even though she had just been yelled at by the customer before us. She was kind, quick, kept herself together well, and was attentive to every customer that came in while she was prepping cooking placing orders and packing them. ALONE! She is phenomenal and our order was perfect!

We tried placing an order at 6pm for 3 large pizzas. Our order was randomly cancelled and the price was changed from $34 to $66, even though our confirmation email was in fact $34. We called to inquire, and were able to replace our order with no issues, with a discounted price for our inconvenience. 3 hours later at 9pm, still no pizzas. Weve tried calling numerous times, on separate phones to inquire, and asked to speak to a manager several times, but was placed on hold for over 20 minutes to be hung up on every time. When you call the store, you arent actually calling the store, you are calling to a Toppers call center overseas. Horrible experience and no compensation.
