Wright Weber Management

I cannot get through to anyone. I tried to talk to someone about some things I was going through and see if I could work something out on rent or find someone to take over my lease, was told I'd get a call and never did. Now they want to evict me but I've been paying the rent. Avoid this place at all costs. They also tried to give me a 10 day pay or vacate over $30 I didn't owe because the property manager did his paperwork wrong.

Please do not rent from here!!!!!!! Horrible place to live/ managers that owner has control watching the apartments are rude, disrespectful and disgusting also they think they are better than everyonedoesnt care about none of their tenants which make me think that the owners are probably worse do no rent from here especially their Norwich apartments 1217 e Norwich ave to be exact do not rent from here

Live at the Forest Home apartments in Grafton... If the manager says, "The hallway smells like marijuana sometimes..." Consider that the manager's way of saying you'll be living next to potheads. I have to smell their stink several times a week, and management does nothing about it. But why would they when their daughter lives in an adjacent unit and I took a picture of her in the courtyard with a joint in her hand. Real classy... On top of that, the building construction looks ok on the outside, but is so poorly constructed that I hear my pothead neighbors below me anytime their fat feet are walking around. This is in addition to the shouting matches they have at 3am multiple times a month. Again, Brianna, the current manager refuses to do anything. Yet, if she or her young son had to deal with this, she'd be swinging that manager name plate all day long. Because it's a separate building to her own though, she doesn't care. You're nothing more than a nuisance to her. They'll lie to get you to sign that lease. Suffice it to say, I'll be out of here once the lease term is up. The rent they're asking should get you a lot more than this... Oh, and we had mice in the building two months after I moved in. How nice was that...

The first day I moved in at 1217 E Norwich ave, the manager on duty called the police on me and stated that I did not belong here. I should have left and never looked back that day. Having paid rent and security already I stayed. I have been renting from wright weber management since and every 3 weeks they are hanging a 5 day notice on my door, because my car is parked on their lot. They gave me a notice once because their pipes under the kitchen sink was rusted. They gave me a breach notice because they had to call the handyman to fix my tub drain. Overall I would never recommend Wright weber to anybody! I am moving soon and will be sending them my 30 day notice and I will keep a copy for myself with my money order stubs and all my notices and breaches. Thanks for all the previous reviews I will tread carefully with wright weber management. Zero star rating!
