Jake from Loyal Family Renovations stopped at my home and identified hail damage. From first call to the end of the job. He was very helpful. Replaced the roof and siding from hail damage, everything went smoothly. Crews were polite, efficient and clean. House looks great, thank you Loyal Family Renovations.

I was assigned a guy named Andy. This guy had me start a claim with my insurance before even coming out to look at my house. He didnt come out until the adjuster was here to inspect. This company whole motto is they deal with the insurance company and you dont need to worry about a thing. I ended up having to deal with the insurance company the whole time for them to not approve my claim. Now I feel like an idiot and wasted a lot of time when I could have just fixed the damage myself. They just care about the insurance money and dont want to put any work or effort in until its there.

Jake was very helpful in filing our claim. The company overall is great. The employees are very friendly, helpful and professional. The crew that did our siding was absolutely amazing. I never saw a crew with that work ethic and efficiency. I was very impressed. The company is local as well, so that is an added bonus. I would highly recommend them!

Jake did a excellent job assessing my siding for hail damage, he assisted me with filing a claim with my insurance company. He was there when the adjuster came out, and they assisted me from start to finish. I'm very happy with the finished outcome of my siding and would highly recommend Jake and his team!
