        Good luck getting ahold of anyone! I have been calling and leaving voice-mails for 2 weeks now and no one has picked up the phone nor called me back. I also have a payment that i have been calling to get paid off because of some miss communication, Great service guys.

        We had moved into our home two years ago and was using the pool service the sellers had used for many years. Unfortunately last summer the owner had passed away and the business was no longer. I was desperate to find someone to close the pool last year and had a terrible experience with that company I found. I researched and ran across Penguin Pools and they were very helpful in answering my questions. We had our pool opened by Kareem and he was the nicest person. He was very professional and explained everything that he did to me and my husband. We had a way better experience and we are very happy to say we found a great company to service our pool this year and going forward. Thank you Kareem for making this process less stressful. You will be recommended to anyone we know looking for a new pool or service. Service: Swimming pool summerization

We should've called to follow up with you to verify you got our email and make sure everything was handled.
