        I have mixed feelings about Horse Emporium. I want to support a local business in the equine industry, but half the time I encounter rude and unprofessional behavior by the staff. Equine products are often quite expensive and I prefer to spend my money where I am a valued customer, which I often dont feel at this store. Its a shame because Ive also had good experiences, where we were instructed in compression wrapping my horses leg, etc. But today I called looking for a specific Winter equestrian glove and was treated very disrespectfully. The bad experiences outweigh the good, and while we have supported them with some pretty large purchases in the past I think its time to find a new local equine shop.

        The employee was very helpful and got me what I wanted very quickly. The price was good. And the employee shared pictures of her filly.

        Always good deals on hard working riding jackets for me and winter blankets for the horses. Nice selection of saddles in a good range of prices. Happy to see masks required and LOVED the dog greeter!
