        Was there about 2 months ago when we had some nice whether there's way too many homeless people live in in that Park and wherever they are they leave tons of trash and don't pick up

        Despite much of it being near the river, a disappointing segment of the trail...mostly black top in an urban industrial area on old train tracks. Better for bikes than feet but some of it requires a trail pass.
