They like to play games when it comes to interviewing and hiring qualified applicants. They expect you to go above and beyond and do their work for them. They find it humorous. They truly enjoy wasting other people's time when interviewing applicants so I'm not at all surprised that they are in need of more people. If you start out treating people negatively before you even develop a relationship, that doesn't reflect too highly on you as a company.
