        I was booking with this dealer from review I saw was above 4. I needed to rent for Sunday and they are not open on Sunday. It inconvenient to pick on Saturday after noon before they close. Sales girl was very professional. Accommodative and very helpful. Since they were not open on Sunday she accommodated for one day charge. I booked accordingly but I called again some guy named Chris picked up and asked him questions, he was rude very unprofessional and was not interested in the business. I gave one star for the lady who navigated initially to the process, I would not recommend to use this dealer and I would not use. I cancelled my reservation and went other place( Menard).

        Extremely rude. Hung up on me after telling me there was a Uhaul available, then it was not and needing repair, and helping locate another they said "well do what you want to do" *click
