So well organized and very clean Great meat department. Love scan and go I purchase all my tires at Sam's Club. Tires rotated Friendly staff I love to walk around the store New design inside store. Just trying to figure out where everything is again John Boy and James in the meat department are awesome. Scott in the Tire department is very helpful. Love his attitude.

I gave a three star I was in the waukesha one and decided to get the pizza at the food court before we left. There was only one worker working it! A young girl by the name of amber she was behind the counter ALL BY HERSELF! she was overwhelmed you could see it on her face I wanted to jump back there and help her throw pizzas in the oven for her. She sold out of the new yogurt thing they had the pizza was old and not very many there. I was so frustrated and she was doing it with grace she did have a few moments of frustration and as a mom it hurt me to see her in such position. They don't pay enough and she is better than me because I would of walked out! The line just kept growing I did speak to another sams club worker. I asked where was the manager in the office was his response I said this young lady has been busting her a$$ to no end with no help whatsoever she needs help! So when the worker comes back he tells me that the person for that position did a no call no show! So she was alone by herself. That also no one else is trained in food service so no one can help her! That they were seeing who could possibly help her. I asked why isnt the manager coming to help!?! He said that the manager ISNT TRAINED IN THAT JOB TO HELP! I WAS FLOORED!!!! THEN I WAS ANGRY A MANAGER JOB IS TO HELP WHERE IT WAS NEEDED! If I was a manager I would of jumped in and helped that young lady! How hard is it to throw in pizzas for her and slice them up or maybe take over the register for her since you can't handle food so she then can get pizza going! SHAME ON YOU SAM'S CLUB! SHAME ONE U! THE MANAGER DIDNT EVEN COME TO SPEAK TO ME!
