Go to Culligan Waukesha. The owner of this Water Doctors is one of the worst human beings on the face of the planet. Still waiting for my public apology. We have done business. In fact it's funny you don't remember me. You decided to put my name on the sign outside your shop to try and embarrass and bully me to get your way. You as an owner should be ashamed of the way you conduct yourself.

Would highly recommend this company. John came out a few times for quotes for an iron filter and then we recently had a water softener put in too. Super knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and helpful. We have had multiple technicians come to the house as well. Scott and Andy were both prompt and professional and made sure we had a clear understanding of how things worked before they left. Our water is horrible where we live and the iron filter and water softener have made such a huge difference!! I did have two other quotes that came In a little bit lower, but the sales guys were rude. So glad I went with these guys. Thank you water doctors!

For our first time getting into the business of purchasing and owning a water softener system, we could not have been more pleased with Water Doctors. Everything about them has been impressive. Our dealings with Paul, John, and Scott were all first class. Excellent customer service. Very happy with what we have and the difference in our water quality is night and day. Highly recommended.

Last week we had a softener and r.o. system installed. To date, we are very pleased with the product. Everyone we had contact with at Water Doctor's was great. From sales, to scheduling, to installation; the process was seamless. Paul, our salesperson, is very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and followed up with additional information immediately. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner when he stopped at our house during installation. A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT to Andy, the plumber that installed our system. He went above and beyond my expectations cleaning up a "hodge podge" of plumbing from past DIY's. He was pleasant and cheerful while he worked. Thank you Water Doctor's Team!
