        Clean gym considering it is run by men! I have little concerns for skin infections :). high quality mats, and very good instruction. Coach Tommy helped me discover the art of wrestling and significantly helped my stand up and grappling game. Highly recommend!

        My son really enjoyed going, he's new to wrestling and was a little behind as compared to others. He learned new techniques as well as made improvements on the ones he did know. Coaches were great.
