        Never again will I go to aspen dental after I got a dry socket I called to been seen immediately for the unbearable pain and the short stocky lady with glasses that I talked too gave me an attitude and told me there isnt much they could do for me I wasn't seen until two days after the call. The short stocky lady with glasses told her staff member in front of me this is the girl I was talking about and rolled her eyes. I also only received a syringe and they gave me nothing for the pain and only put on clove oil. I will not be back. I called another dental office and explain what happened, they were shocked they didnt get me in sooner and also said they shouldve given me pain meds as well as an antibiotic to help heal what was going on.

        The staff were all very friendly and professional. I am a new patient there. Their practice is to X-ray and examine new patients on the first visit. I need to go back another time for my cleaning. I would have preferred getting everything done in one visit. Apparently, from here on out, cleaning and exam will be done at the same time. That will be better for me!
