        I absolutely love Southport! I have them for my furnace and air conditioning and they have put in all my plumbling. They do a great job, they explain their work and are a great value for the money.

        Two techs came out to view our heating system and provide a quote. Both were pleasant.

        Technician showed up on time and was very friendly. Had a clog in my plumbing so they snaked it. Said they caught blockage about 20 feet in and couldn't get through it. Original bill was $750 ($550 to snake and $200 to remove the toilet) the toilet didn't need to be removed since they didn't go in that way, do they took off that charge. They ended up charging me $550 for about an hour of attempts with no success. The very next day had another Technician (not from Southport or any of their recommended companies) show up, used the same machine, snaked it, got about 100 feet in and caught some roots- cut em out with the snake- and my plumbing is back in working order! For a fraction of the price. Pretty disappointed in Southport home services and wouldn't recommend to anyone having plumbing issues.
