Excellent property and staff all around. My move-in process was made simple and any and all concerns were addressed promptly! The Price is amazing for the value, and the facility / apartments are meticulously maintained!

Do NOT fall for their empty promises about the dog run. It was promised to us summer of 2020, then spring of 2021, then supposedly they got their permit in summer 2021 but said it would still take a couple months. Furthermore, the units are loud inside. When the heater or AC kicks on, I can barely hear the TV. The apartments are nice and modern and great for the price but I will not be renewing my lease. I was hoping to have the dog run by this winter so there’s a safe area for my pup to run around in the snow since she’s small and can’t stay out too long. I won’t be falling for their lies again.

I’ve literally been trying for 3 days to contact them trying to schedule a tour. They don’t respond to the inquiries, they don’t answer the phone, they don’t return the messages… I am sitting outside trying to get info and the location where it says the leasing office is, wasn’t there ? I sat here to look at reviews and now I’m over it.

I wanted to thank Tony and the staff again for being an attentive, caring staff. We enjoyed our time at Element 84 and appreciate everything you all do for the Element community! :)
