My father, mother, and aunt used this agency for years. Probably close to 25. So, I stuck with them after they died. Then a couple of very poor service examples occurred. First West Bend Mutual decided my roof was too old mostly because it was traditional 3-tab. It was in good condition but they wanted it replaced. I managed to get them to hold off until the following fall. Replaced the roof. Two months later I received a cancelation notice. This year, another property insured through them by Safeco was dropped. The notice was short (6 weeks) and said Safeco no longer does business with Goetsch Bucholtz. Sheri was always helpful. When I spoke with the "agents" I was always left with a feeling of lack of appreciation and caring for their customers. Good news is I'm saving around $1,000 annually.

Loyal to old insurance providers regardless of cost to client due to their own kick back. Switched agents and instantly saved over a thousand dollars.
