Days Inn by Wyndham West Allis/Milwaukee

We stayed here on a Wednesday night and the parking lot was empty, this should have been our first sign to RUN! We got checked in And the front desk guy seemed nice. I had asked him about leaving my semi parked there till about 1pm after we checked out so we could go on the Miller tour, this will come back up later. So then we went to dinner and a candle making place and came back to the room, it was hotter than hot! I tried to get the AC turned on(which was an ancient unit) when I couldnt manage to get it to work, I called the front desk to ask how to get it on to cool the room down, I was told the AC was not on yet and it was heat so had to roast..,, then decide to deal with the temperature and go to bed, get up the next MOU and check out and go to the miller tour, while we are waiting in line to get tickets I get a call from the front desk asking if I left my truck there cause they were going to have it towed, I explained that I was told I could leave it there and she then tells me that is fine, now mind you there was literally no other vehicles in the parking lot. In the end they let me leave my truck there. The room was very dated and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling, the wall and door of the bathroom were missing paint., do NOT stay here!!!!!

I've stayed here several times. It's not the cleanest place, but it's a great location for the price. I paid for a stay that was from Wednesday till check out on Sunday Morning. On Thursday, I had some friends over, to build some D&D characters for Garycon. The front desk called my room and asked what was going on because they saw my small group enter my room. Then proceeded to tell me that everyone needed to leave, that they do no Condon drugs on their property. I do not do drugs, I do not even smoke cigarettes, neither do my friends. They accused me of illegal activity, said they were calling the police and needed everyone to leave, including me. The police never showed up and the front desk came by my room a couple times to see if I was about packed up so I could leave. I ended up staying at the Best Western a few miles away and got my friends back together to finish our D&D characters. We had not trouble hanging out and making our characters there. Best Western was very accepting of me having a group of friends over to do this. Today is Monday and the hotel hasn't refunded any money from the days I wasn't allowed to stay, nor the deposit. I've been a member of the Wyndham rewards for years and this is the first time, I've ever been asked to leave a property. I even leave the room cleaner than it was when I arrived. I always put all the used towels in a pile in the bathroom. I take out all my trash and somewhat make the bed. I tried to contact them about this today and was told that they do not take calls that I'd have to e-mail them to get resolution to this issue.

Not good, dirty rooms, $150 deposit - mold in bathrooms, toilet not bolted to floor, cigarette burns all over, the whole place needs to be fixed. Rooms: Dirty, awful, pay a little more and go somewhere else.

This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in . When i arrived the lady at the front desk could not find my reservation, so I had to wait in the office for almost an hour then was told I needed a $150 dollar deposit before I could get my key cards. Mind yu that was not advertised or disclosed before making my reservation. It's actually quite disappointing how many things were falsely advertised for instance the amenities included cable, phone, wifi, air conditioning, microwave and refrigerator along with being a secured building... but there was no wifi, the cable did not work, our phone did not work, no microwave and the room was a sauna with no way for the guest to control the temperature as well as none of the building doors locked (not secure). The only thing that the photos advertised accurately was the ceilings !!!! Oh I can't forget the best part of my stay... the bathroom wreaked of urine, the sink had a leak so bad the bathroom was a huge puddle! There was noo blankets on the beds. The furniture was so dirty and we had a terrible dirty wet moldy oder coming from the carpets!!!
