        We loved working with Green Homeowners United to make our old home more energy efficient and reduce its carbon footprint -- ultimately saving us money. A smart and respectful GHU professional examined our house in detail to create a clear, thorough report, then GHU's chief economist met with us via Zoom to go over all findings while answering questions and giving us guidance on next steps. We'll be insulating our attic, sealing up drafty spots in the basement, and more. We felt great about GHU's methods, outcome, and support. We highly recommend this company.

      Hello Lori, we are so sorry that happened. As we followed up on by phone and email, one of our co-founders was in the hospital & in recovery after a serious surgery, on a partial leave of absence. While we attempted to work remotely to handle requests for quotes, we weren't able to reply to everyone in a timely manner as we would have liked. We are sorry you had to wait, and our teammember you had spoken to had hoped to get the quote to you sooner, but they could not.Additionally, because your window was a special size/design, we did have to submit it to the manufacturer for a specific quote. We sent that request on May 19th, but as of this writing (June 8) we have not received it back from them either. However, we apologize all the same for your wait. Let us know what can be done to help.
