He is always polite, courteous, and professional in his dealings with me. He leaves no stone unturned in ensuring that I am getting every possible discount available. His integrity is beyond reproach. He is always prompt in responding to any questions, concerns, or issues. I realize that there are other insurance companies that might be lower in price, but I'm certain none would provide a better customer experience.. To me, that is the most important factor in choosing an insurance company and an agent.
