Just got off the phone with a lady. Telling me I owe. Fine, I owe. But I contacted and got no response. I emailed the person that signed me up. Even called and left a message. So from 2017 when I did get insurance through them, until this day, I have never called, filed a claim or anything. And she tells me that person has not been with them for years. How am I supposed to know who comes and goes? So the email I sent about canceling my insurance, got to nobody. And that is my fault, how? It took for me to cancel my bank account to stop these payments. But I'm at fault. She told me I could've called the 800 number. Girl, nobody from the 800 number called me to try and keep selling me services. But to cancel, I should've called the 800 number.

Unfortunately I was in my first accident since my late twenties Jim Lucchesi and his American Family Insurance Company looked at the facts offered to pay for my car repairs which for me was a heartbreaking decision! My car had been running like a charm but after the accident I started having some problems and the American Family made me an offer of $4.206 dollars which I thought was a little low for a car that had been in mint condition before the accident! After talking it over with one of his fellow employees I mentioned how much if I could still keep the car and receive a sum of money to start shopping for another used car. Well she did what she needed to do and came up with a price of $3.491 dollars! I decided to get it over with since I now still had my baby to work on in my spare time and have a down payment for a newer model Chrysler 300 making this older gentleman very happy I would also like to make a comment there policy holder was very happy to take full responsibility from the start giving me know reason to fake some type of pain or injury and have this dragged out in court otherwise I could have been a dishonest person and very likely gotten a lot more!
