        02/19/24 - approx 5pm - Horrible experience. Person waiting on me was visually upset and made me feel like I was a bother. There was another lady helping at the desk. She wasn't listening to the gentleman she was supposed to be helping, interrupted him several times and her responses were short, cold and had no sensitivity to his problem. They were both rude and inconsiderate to customer needs.... I barely said a word and after what I saw, I walked out.
