        Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Came in to get a quote on my personal taxes. Was given a card and told to come back when the person was in that does that. So, I came back when that person was in. I was told with full on anger and a raised voice that I can't just stroll in their to get a quote on my personal taxes. Keep in mind their competitors are willing to do just that. Do yourself a favor. Steer clear of this place.

        Amazing and knowledgeable staff. I need to cancel my LLC and willing to pay for the service. However, I contacted many places, but they seem to ignore and don't want to explain my case in details. To my surprise, I called Midwest Accounting and one staff guided me go through every step along the way to dissolve my LLC by myself in a happy and professional manner. I really appreciate for his time and patience and thank you so much. I am looking forward to working with your firm in the near future.
