They are understaffed and working hard but in the end it was a frustrating and super bad experience.
Ordered food on app 10 minutes prior to arriving. Was told to pull ahead and wait for food in lot and waited 25 minutes. Not exaggerating. Check the bag and found the sauce and the Cinnabons were missing. The associate was nice and brought us Cinnabons and sauce in a bag. Once we got home we realized all the burritos were made wrong and we didn't have all the Cinnabons in the bag. And of course the food was lukewarm to cold.
I was very disappointed that the burritos were not made right I gave mine to the dog. The dog seemed to like it very much and the kids didn't mind. But I paid $25 plus for a meal that was cold and frankly just a disappointing experience in almost every way.
Oh yeah no straws for the iced coffees. I'm not piling on this is just how bad it was.
