        They mailed out coupons for a $6.99 large two topping pizza for their grand opening week. Ordering the pizza over the phone you go through an annoying phone menu and call center. When I came for the pizza they said the coupon wasnt working, and instead of honoring that price only gave me half off, which was $2 more than I would have paid with the coupon. The pizza was decent, but a rough opening start. So because of that all I can do is leave a two star review.

        I now remember why Papa Johns did not last the first time in West Bend. Ordered online and wanted to use the 25% off coupon I got in the mail, only online it was only 20%. I put in my order at 4:38 and they said 20 minutes and it would be done for pickup only it was ready in 10 minutes. 10 minutes to make 2 pizzas and knots? The toppings just fell off of the pizza, dough was soggy, ingredients tasted like leftovers, and the knots were burnt! Great Job! Instead of a Grand Opening can we have a Grand Closing!! Don't waste your money it has not changed.

        Not sure why we tried again but I can tell you a different location does NOT make a different quality. Pretty terrible and too many options in this area to get this again. Pizza was under cooked and the bread had an off taste. People were nice though. I see they took down their old reviews.

        I'm done at this location. Now tried 2 times, in different days, shifts. Tried few days after they opened, now a month or so later. This time sausages were not even cooked all the way, certain parts of the dough were soggy, not done. Cheese, sausage literally slid off, would not stay on. Who wants to eat bread, sauce only?! I had high hopes for our location. I will now keep driving to the falls location for quality. I figured it was weird when he said pizza will be ready 5-10min only. Ummm cook your pizza longer, check your pizza prior. It's not done smh. Cashier was nice, workers were professional, working, not goofing off, had proper gear on. But the quality, taste of the pizza is very important here. Tried calling to explain bad pizza but phone just has a recording.
