      image Sat Mar 09 needed a cut in between errands. I stopped at West Milwaukee Great Clips. I used the App to reserve a spot. When I showed up my No4 spot was first one up as others were not there or waiting on a specific person.
      Libby took me and printed the previous history. She was delightful. She listened to my request and got to it quick. And , she is quite the advocate for customer service done right.
      I like the cut, the personal attention and her personality and attention to detail is beyond great .
      She is the best .
      I will be returning , and waiting for her.
