Where do I start? I originally called everyones favorite RV / Camper dealer (CW) /sarcasm - and they didnt seemed bothered to want to sell my wife and I our first TT. I then reached out to Kunes RV , the Wisconsin Rapids location, where Jonny answered the call. He treated my wife and I like we were priority and even setup a hour long FaceTime call to go over the campers we were interested in (since we were 4 hours away). OTD price negotiations were smooth. Mitchel and Cole setup as much of the deal as they could to make sure we were in and out on our delivery date. Let me say one thing, these guys were on it from start to finish. It felt like the white glove treatment on delivery date. Everything was organized and ready to go. Brian was fantastic with going through all the features on our TT and answering all my (rookie) questions. He also setup the WDH and took time to explain to me how to reconnect/disconnect it at home. Hannah was a blessing , entertaining our little crew (we have 3 kids under 6) . The entire team was great. The company has good values and treat their customers like family. Thank you Kunes crew for everything.

The sales, maintenance and finance teams all did a great job! They moved the camper from another location for us, just so we could look it over before making a decision. Everyone was so patient and understanding of our needs and allowed us to take the time we needed to make our decision. Thank you Kunes team!!
