Went in asked for alignment for my is300 that's on coilovers and just had balljoints done. I asked for an appointment and was told I should've had an appointment made before the work was done on my car and it would be up to two weeks. Works been getting done on it all summer ive been getting it fixed up and the coils are just fine and it just needs a tow alignment. Told me he wouldn't do it too much trouble even though I've had alignments done on it before with the *coils installed*. Was very short with me and unfriendly I was treated like a nuisance and will never go back there or recommend to anyone. Which is a shame because I've always heard positive feedback about Austins..

I will not be returning to this business. Went there for an alignment today and not only did they not communicate with me about anything they were doing, they also screamed at me when I asked questions and when it came to paying the bill, they were rude. I am not sure if this is because I am a female and they think they can do that to females or what, but never again will they get my business.

This place was rude and started yelling at my future wife, while she was with our kids just because she asked for her keys after she paid for services.she call me so upset,I don't recommend this company for anyone due to poor customer service...
