Worst place Ive ever been honestly. If youre a woman stay away from this place. I guess they still subscribe to the idea that women cant have actual medical problems and treat you with kid gloves. 2 healthcare professionals told me to get seen immediately for my symptoms, and Aspirus ER treated me like I was stupid for coming in. Absolutely ridiculous. Im going to tell everyone I know to take the drive to the Marshfield system ER for any emergencies from now on.

The attention from the doctor is good but for an emergency it is not good because they make you wait up to 3 hours or more, it is assumed that in an emergency they treat you quickly

I went to ER with complications with diabetes and neuropathy, and waited over four hours and Not see a doctor. I am not one to go to emergency rooms for no reason. I was ill.

The worst hospital I have ever been to. They are not concerned with patient care. Say for 2 hours in the ER waiting room with shortness of breath and dizziness. Everyone that walked in to the ER was taken back and seen while I waited. When I asked if I was going to be seen soon they could t even find my name and had no idea when I would be seen. Went and sat back down. Two more people walked in, five minutes later they were brought back. Had to leave to go home and do a nebulizer treatment because I could t breath while waiting to be seen.

Worst maternity care in the state, possibly the entire country. We have given birth to 3 children at this hospital, and every experience was a complete disaster. Nurses not responding to patient "help button" calls for 30+ minutes, nurses suddenly leaving with no staff on hand and pushing for new mothers to stay hospitalized multiple days due to "high blood pressure". This was after she explained she has had high blood pressure for over a decade. We had to threaten to call the police, since she repeatedly said she wanted to discharge and was ignored by multiple doctors and nurses. It seems like they will do or say anything to get you to stay hospitalized as long as possible, in order to maximize their profit$$$. This hospital also killed my grandmother with an unnecessary surgery and have heard many similar stories from others in the community. I personally was told to "go to Walmart and buy an OTC allergy pill" after coming here with a double ear infection that lasted a month which caused deafness in both ears. I literally live like 4 blocks from this hospital and will be driving to Marshfield for any future medical care.
