I brought my car here after I had a nail puncture in one of my tires from my winter tire set. Pomp's let me know that the tire was not repairable since the nail penetrated the sidewall, and that they were unable to find a replacement tire for me. I had a set of summer tires at home that I suggested to bring in and get all 4 wheels swapped over instead. Pomp's was very accomodating and was able to fit me in for another appointment about 1 hour later. I brought all 4 tires in, and they took my car in for about 30 minutes. When I got my car back, I had discovered that they only replaced the one tire that had the puncture. Now I have a car that has 3 winter tires and 1 summer tire on it. I questioned them on why they didn't change all 4 tires, and was told that this was okay since the tread depth on all 4 tires on the car were the same. I had a concern because my vehicle is AWD and now I'm going to have a 2nd set of tires with uneven wear. I didn't argue with them, but felt like choosing to do this didn't make any sense and was unacceptable. My experience here was otherwise very good, but I can't look past what I felt was a lapse in judgement. I made an appointment the next day at another tire shop to get this corrected.
