Part II - Reconstruction Mitch and his construction crew Alex are amazing! They finished up rather quickly and were very professional. They responded immediately over the weekend with a water issue and didnt hesitate to jump back in when needed!! Very responsive and professional!! Highly recommend. Strong work ethic. Part I - Mitigation Thoroughly impressed! From the first intake and throughout the whole mitigation, Nale and George communicated all along the process. I completely trusted them in my home while I was work. The great care with which they handled and protected my possessions was as if it was their own. They show pride in their work. It made a very invasive experience (water damage) feel less stressful. Highly recommend their service.

I had a finished basement that was flooded. I called SERVPRO and their professionalism immediately set me at ease. They explained everything that they were going to do. They were here when they said they would be. They did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. Nale Kautai came daily to check the progress of the drying procedure. He was very professional. He informed me of the drying progress daily. He was always at my home when he said he would be, He always asked what time would be best for me. I really appreciated that. He made the entire process far less stressful.

The gentlemen who came out were very thorough in explaining exactly what was going to happen in the clean up process (Tai and Momi, sorry if my spelling is incorrect). The crew that took out the carpet and cut the walls were very nice and professional. Nale Kautai was very helpful in checking the basement each day to ensure it was drying out as expected. He was also helpful in answering our questions and making sure my mom and I understood where we were at at each stage of the process. Before he left each day, he made sure we were comfortable with how the clean-up process was going. Nale, as well as the whole Servpro staff, were very professional and compassionate during this whole process. Cash and crew showed up the day after we called this in and kept us informed of the progress along the way. They offered options that were available to us, but only did the work requested. Michael followed up to make sure the service was as expected. The estimate and project report were very slow in coming but it was a very busy time of year. ServPro is great.
