Patricia was my saleswoman on the purchase of a gorgeous Highlander. I live in Denver, CO and had been unsuccessful in purchasing the car locally. The first time we spoke she walked me through the process of obtaining this car, and true to her word I received weekly texts with inventory updates. Once I purchased the car, she talked me through what to expect with the delivery process and provided regular updates on the timing of the delivery.
