The lot is a mess, I had to wait 30 minutes for any one to acknowledge me. The car I reserved was not there but they did upgrade for free. The worker was just ok.

This place gave me a broken truck with a broken tow dolly. No parking prake, way out of alignment and a check engine light 200 miles into my trip.

I rented a truck from this location and the representative that gave it to me assured me that the fuel gauge was broken and sometimes would not read full, but that the vehicle had a full tank. The representative also told me that the tank held 15 gallons and that the truck got 10 miles to the gallon. I asked her to write a note explaining to the drop off location that this gauge was broken when we received the vehicle, as seen in the attached image. Only 70 miles outside of Casper we ran out of gas. Lucky we had a second vehicle that I was able to travel in to get a gas can and 2 gallons of gas to bring back to the truck. This ultimately cost us $220 to fill the tank, $20 for the gas can, plus an additional 2.5 hours added onto our journey. All the information I was given about this vehicle was incorrect, the fuel gauge had nothing wrong with it, they gave me a vehicle that was nowhere near full, the tank holds 25 gallons and we got about 13 miles to the gallon. I have tried to contact this location over a dozen times seeking compensation and repayment for the missing gas and no one ever answers the phone. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!

Online reservation was easy and fast - no problem checking in and getting car. The only concern I would mention is that I reserved a Kia and they gave me a Malibu - about half the mpg! But they had best prices in the area.
