Dr. Toft is an amazing dentist. She is very thorough and does an excellent job every time I go in. Additionally, the hygienists she has staffed have done great work with my 6 month teeth cleanings.

Dr. Toft is an amazing dentist! She is gentle and very personable. The staff is friendly and my teeth always feel amazing when I leave. I highly recommend Toft Family Dental!

Dr Toft is great however, her reception/billing person Alyssa took 8 months to get payment for mine and my children's visit. I told her several times that she had to send the claims to my medical assurance and she would not listen. She has called and said that I owe money 2 times, rudely, when I knew she still had not processed all of my claims. I have asked to speak with the Dr and she said she would have the Dr. call me but that has never happened. She blames everything on the woman that retired from there at the beginning of the year or the insurance company. I paid $300 when we had our visit, which I knew was too much but I figured I would just get a refund. The insurance company paid all of the claims about a month ago, I called this morning and she said she knows the insurance paid but "she has been busy" and has not had a chance to mail me my $238. It has been 9 months that she has been holding on to my money. Alyssa is very rude and incompetent, I am not the only one who has had a problem with her billing. Like I said before Dr. Toft and her techs are great and I am sorry to do this to the office but this is ridiculous.
