Affordable Sewer and Drain

If I could give this company no stars I would but I can’t so here we are. We called this company to get our pipes snaked, which we have had done before. Upon arriving the “professional” looked around for a clean out in our front yard for all of two minutes, said there wasn’t one so he’d have to snake it from the toilet. He took our toilet off and put his snake a foot down into our drain and said “it’s impossible to do this because of the way your pipes are set up” we told him the last guy didn’t have a problem doing it from the roof and he explained that this was a “different circumstance” so we asked him what his “professional” opinion was. He told us to rip up our flooring in our bathroom, saw through a foot of concrete, and have someone else come replace this one pipe he supposedly couldn’t get through, and then call him back to snake it. Charged us $125 to take our toilet off and give us uneducated, unprofessional advice. We called Brian at AAA drain and sewer and he had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. Turns out the clean out is right on the other side of the wall from where he was working and when we showed it to him and asked him “is this the clean out” he said “no that’s just the main water”…. Not to mention the guy was so creepy, lingered for way too long, and made me extremely uncomfortable. So I would suggest if you’re a women you do not call him. Bad vibes all around. When we called him and told him how badly he messed up he told us it “wasn’t his problem” and that it’s “our house so we should’ve known how to tell him to do it” and then hung up. Do not use these people unless you want to give your money for this idiot to tell you to destroy your bathroom because he’s too lazy and stupid to do the job he signed up to do.
