        Dylan from tech support was awesome! Great on the phone answered all my questions! Very professional as well! Dennis was my installer, he was very professional and courteous by coming over on his own time! Im very pleased with both workers and theyre kindness, thank you mountain west for having great employee's that care about there customers!

        Can I give 0 stars!!!??? This service sucks! Do something about it or you are going to lose paying customers. Sometimes morning and EVERY night it falls out! Can't get through a one hour program. About 5 minutes at a time! We are about to give up! I could go on and on but why bother. Enough of my evening is wasted! Time I will never get back! I'm updating my original review. Our service has finally gotten much better and much less frequent down time/ interruptions. Not sure what they did but I know there were calls made by others living in this area. Thank you for fixing the problem Mountain West!
