STOP!!!!!   Don't waste your MONEY!!!  Our agent Mary Jane P absolutely F'd up our vacation reservations!!  We did not get even close to what we asked for and now as I look back, I can see why MJP was so nonchalant and reluctant about helping us.  She was so poor about communicating expectations about our vacation plans that now my family is in tears!!  We spent over $40K for a once in a lifetime family vacation to Hawaii.  MJP told us she was an EXPERT on the islands and we could trust her.  Yet we are now scattered across multiple floors (after asking for a single floor placement) and have alley views instead of the ocean views we were promised.  Gotta say I"m not impressed!!  Rest assured we never book through BURSCH TRAVEL again!!  Save your money and avoid Bursch Travel!! Extremely disappointed in their "Expertise'!!  We will NEVER use them again!!
