        They don't even deserve 1 star. When I applied I got to see a 4 bedroom but only qualified for a 2 bedroom that I did not get to see prior to signing lease. When I got the keys I then went to inspect it and there were so many things wrong. Biggest being I still have not been able to move in fully due to my son's whole floor needing replaced. I am now paying on a storage still because I keep getting the run around. I have asked for the number to corporate and was told thatI cannot have it. I have also called everyone trying to see what I can do but unfortunately in Cheyenne no one has a clue of even their own jobs much less advice on anything. I DO NOT recommend this place at all

        I dont live here but the whole town is hearing about how you are raising the rent practically double, on whats supposed to be low/income based apartments. Absolutely disgusting. These people cant afford other rentals in Cheyenne, youre going to force a lot of good people into homelessness. I hope your greed haunts you in the long run.
