FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

.35 cents for a b/w copy plus $2.50 surcharge? I could have bought my own printer just with couple jobs. I don't understand how a company like FedEx can rip off people in a small town like Cheyenne, Wyoming hopefully FedEx it's not making their money from copies but it looks very bad for the compan.

Brandy, so called site mgr. Needs to be removed. Along with the FedEx driver. Who thinks he's cool, staring down paying customers. Paying for a service. Not a condescending attitude. Or opinion... Corp. Office needs to take serious action, Now.

Went in to drop off a ground package with an iPad in it. Staff told me it has to be specially labeled with battery info: "per guidelines from FedEx." Called FedEx directly and single items like this are one of their defined and known exceptions to the rule. Avoid this place as they are obviously trying to scam you into buying boxes and other products there to make money.

Brandy the store manager is VERY RUDE. Will a prepaid label she asked what was in it. And I asked why. She insisted she needed to know what was in it, we ask everyone was her response. I just went in the other day and the lady scanned it and said have a great day. Not sure why the questioning but based off the reviews she has done this to others! Will use another location!
