My first time to WY Thai; it has been on my bucket list for almost a year. It did not disappoint. The mere fact that we have a delicious Thai restaurant right here in the Basin is a gift. Food: We had the yellow curry and the masaman curry plates. I am not a curry professional by any means, but we enjoyed every bite. I was unable to finish everything, the portions were larger but not over the top. I didn't take photos of the food (it always feels weird) - our plates were individual, not family style. The curry was in a large bowl, and the rice was on the side in a dish. Prices: The prices are on point. The food quality is a match. And, it's a small business. We paid $52 for two dinners, hot tea, and Boba tea, which is appropriate for dinner, IMO. Atmosphere: On the outside, it looks like there is no seating. They have seating for about 18, I would say. Be sure to call ahead, and then order take out if they have a long wait. Note: If you are allergic to peanuts, I suggest asking the staff if there are options that do not interact with peanuts. Vegetarian options: Thai food is traditionally vegetarian friendly. But I did not check specifically for vegetarian dishes. I recall seeing notations on the menu. Parking: The parking directly in front of the building seems small but there is plenty of space and a short walk, it was covered in snow when I was there. Kid-friendliness: It is a friendly atmosphere, kids should enjoy it too. Wheelchair accessibility: Standard ADA access door, and the seating floor plan is spacious enough for a chair or walker with seat. The tables are all the right height to accommodate a chair.
