Kara was not helpful! We had a claim to replace our roof which was covered by Insurance. The insurance company paid for the roof in 2 payments, and then a month after the 2nd check was issued they stopped payment and literally put us in the hole after we had paid the contractor for the roof! She didnt try to explain anything to us and got mad when my husband tried asking her. We would not recommend using this agent for anything! Go somewhere else!!

Beware, Stay away from this agency! Pay close attention to any contract you sign with this place! This place does some shady transactions and if you are selling a home, you will lose money!

Kara sold a house for me years ago, so when it was time to put my last project on the market she stepped up to the plate again. I am a pretty great client to work with :), but she did manage to hit a home run. Sold the house in right about the timeframe we hoped for and for a price that I would never have got if I tried to sell it myself. Sells houses, delivers personalized cakes on your birthday, catches big fish...what more could you want in a realtor?
