AT&T Store

My advice...go to a different AT&T. I've always had good outcomes whenever visiting these stores. They are usually long in duration, and sometimes things are broken, but the reps always do their absolute best to help with your problem. That was not my experience in this store. The rep was very kind, but did not appear knowledgeable. And I've never ever had a rep barely try to fix my phone issue, and then casually hand it back only partway fixed. I was honestly dumbfounded. That's never happened to me before. Usually they stay with you for however long it takes to solve the issue, or if it's a case where you may need a replacement...THEY HELP WITH IT. Go to Ogden, or Salt Lake, or honestly anywhere else.

VERY long wait. Only one customer ahead of me and only one associate! It took 45 minutes.

I went in on a Saturday and Elle was the worker there. She was busy but was very professional with everyone that was in the store and addressed everyone's needs and issues. When she helped me she was fast and efficient and made the transfer from my past carrier to AT&T easy. I know if I have any other questions or concerns she will be there to assist

They are not very helpful when it comes to warranty on phones they say it's the phone maker the phone maker says it's the at&t company and yet I'm here with a phone that's not right but both agree it's a hardware problem

Im glad AT&T opened an office nearby. Finally able to change my phone number and professional staff.
