I was very reluctant to send my financial information to a company I did not know. I initially called and spoke to a specialist who has worked on over 300 erc claims. A mountain of unsolicited emails allegedly from four different senders all tied to the same address. Even if I had an interest in what they were peddling I wouldn't use them.
