        Took a big rock to the windshield while on a road trip. Randomly walked in to this location to see if they could help. Noah and team could not have been more pleasant. They had us all fixed up and back on the road in 30 minutes. (Safelite customer service told us the best they could do was 5 days later in SLC, which surely would have resulted in a windshield replacement instead of just a repair....we are so glad we took a chance and dropped in to the Jackson location!) Thanks so much for helping us and for being so kind!

        I called twice after having a major impact to our windshield during a 23 hour drive. We were driving, trying to organize an appointment to replace the windshield on our arrival home. Their ivr system consistently disconnected us and told us to book via our smartphone or computer and would not connect us to a person. I understand the cost considerations, but when you buy out a business that locals are used to dealing with, maintaining an ability to speak to a human seems like good business sense. Unfortunately this is not the only poor experience with Safelite. We now go out of our way NOT to deal with them.
