Dan Santos came to us as a recommendation from a friend, and admittedly, I didnt think buying a home was even remotely possible for us. My wife and I moved to Washington a few years ago and had given up on the idea of owning a home due to rising costs. It simply seemed too expensive and frankly, overwhelming! Because of that I almost didnt bother calling at all, however Im so glad that I did because all of that changed after a single phone call with Dan. Dan set us up with a mortgage team to help us find the right financing and payment plan for our family and budget. Then he spent time getting to know our family to determine the type of home and neighborhood we were looking for as well as the locations we wanted to focus on. Being new to the state we relied heavily on his knowledge of the surrounding area, and he had a wealth of knowledge. As first time buyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions and often didnt know where our knowledge gaps were. Dan was incredible at pointing out things that we likely would have missed and patient while guiding us through the daunting process of buying a home. He did a great job of watching out for us and protecting us during the entire process and was always available if I had questions or needed his help with something. My wife and I are so grateful for Dan Santos and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He was knowledgeable, patient, and worked tirelessly on our behalf to get us into a home that we love! Dan will absolutely be the first person we call if we need a realtor in the future!

We met Dan in an open house and he has helped us purchase our beautiful new home. He was very diligent with his work; every time I emailed a listing to him; he would be ready with the details before we even got there. Buying a home can be a daunting process and we always seemed to have a 100 questions per listing.He either answered all our questions or found the right people to answer them.Even after we closed on a house, he made sure he was available at all times and went above and beyond to make sure that our transition into our new place would be smooth and hassle free! I have no hesitation recommending him to anyone who wants to purchase or sell their home!
