Our technicians contacted us to let us know they were on their way; they arrived on time; They were friendly, helpful and very capable and efficient. Alex helped us with some Spring checklist items and discovered some repairs that need to be made. He was very willing to take the extra time to help us out.

The firm kept us up to date on the timing of their scheduled appointment. The two T's (Charlie's technicians) arrived as scheduled, worked steadily, and when they encountered unexpected difficulties, continued working into the early evening in order to finish the job in one day so that we would have water. The rerouted piping was neat, level and square, the new water heater upgraded to current codes. We are very pleased.
